Contact us within seventy-two (72) hours and before the motorcycle exceeds two-hundred-fifty (250) additional miles. Our team will confirm whether the motorcycle qualifies and explain the next steps.
Inspection After Return
After the motorcycle is returned, it is inspected to confirm its condition, mileage, included components, and compliance with the written return policy.
Transport Arranged by Seller
For a qualifying return, Ozzy's Cycle Services arranges and pays for return transport as described in the written policy.
Refund Processing
When all return requirements are satisfied, the refund is processed after inspection and verification of the motorcycle and paperwork.
Return Conditions
Protecting the Motorcycle During Evaluation
To qualify, the motorcycle must be returned within seventy-two (72) hours, remain within the two-hundred-fifty (250) additional mile limit, and satisfy the written return conditions.
No new cosmetic, structural, electrical, drivetrain, or mechanical damage.
No parts, accessories, tuning, software, or other motorcycle modifications.
No more than two-hundred-fifty (250) additional miles may be added.
No racing, stunts, improper operation, commercial abuse, neglect, or misuse.
All keys, manuals, records, accessories, original parts, and other included items must be returned with the motorcycle.
Eligibility, inspection requirements, exclusions, refund timing, and other conditions are governed by the signed purchase documents and written return policy.
